Perched in the upper reaches of the Yunhe Terraced Baiyin Valley, this homestay sits in Lishui about 20 km from the city center. It occupies the scenic Kenggen Stone Village area at roughly 766 meters elevation, with a doorstep path leading down to the Seven Star Dun Scenic Area.

The property covers over 2,000 m² with an independent courtyard—one side backed by the mountain, the other facing a stream. Two floors of rooms range from cozy ground-floor units to second-floor high-end rooms that overlook the ancient village and the running spring below. Rooms were recently upgraded and include central air, 24-hour hot water, TV and slippers, while public spaces host a book bar, coffee and tea rooms, and outdoor leisure areas.
