Bright, spacious 5-room house with a large south/west terrace and panoramic sea views. Practical, family-friendly layout includes multiple bedrooms, a big kitchen, digital TV and terrace furniture with deck chairs. The owner lives on the property and only families are accepted, so quietness and good behaviour are expected. No heating available.
