Acacia 2 is a cosy 2-room terraced house (50 m²) on the ground floor. It has one double bedroom, a living/dining area with a double sofabed and flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchenette with four hotplates, shower/WC, air-conditioning and forced-air heating, plus a large roofed terrace with garden views and terrace furniture. Practical extras include a safe, hairdryer and a covered parking space (max width 230 cm).

The residence features a well-kept garden, seasonal outdoor pool (100 m²; depth 50–140 cm; open 1 May–30 Sep, 09:00–13:00 and 16:00–19:30), a tennis court, outdoor shower and shared washing machine. Roofed, fenced parking is on-site for small to medium cars. Expect sea-breeze mornings and easy access to the nearby sand.
