Cosy 3‑room terraced house (65 m²) on the ground floor. Living/dining room with double sofabed, satellite TV and flat screen. One double bedroom and one twin room, each opening to outdoor space. Kitchenette with 4 hot plates and dishwasher. Two bathrooms with showers and bidet. Air‑conditioning and forced‑air heating, safe and hair dryer. Roofed terrace, private garden and terrace furniture with garden views. Parking space (roofed, fenced) suitable for small to medium cars (width 230 cm).

Well‑kept garden and seasonal outdoor pool (100 m²; depth 50–140 cm) open 01 May–30 Sep, pool hours 09:00–13:00 and 16:00–19:30. Tennis court (available until Oct 2023), outdoor shower, shared washing machine and on‑site parking. BBQ not allowed. Wake up to sea‑breeze mornings with the sandy beach just a kilometre away.
