In the rolling Tuscan hills just outside the medieval village of Lucignano — roughly 2–3 km from the town center. Easy day trips to Arezzo (25 km), Siena (50 km) and Firenze (80 km), with Rapolano Terme, Pienza and Cortona also within reach.

A restored stone Tuscan farmhouse that preserves original character and antique furnishings. The estate consists of three separate apartments rented together, each with kitchen or kitchenette, open‑hearth fireplaces, terraces and private garden seating areas offering wide countryside and village views. Practical touches include TV/satellite, washing machine, garden furniture and a small lake for sport fishing about 500 m away; seasonal heating, cleaning and cook services are available on request.

A seasonal swimming pool (16 × 6 m, internal staircase, typically open 4 May–28 Sep), outdoor pool area, barbecue and spacious garden for slow afternoons. Free Wi‑Fi, on‑site parking (roofed parking available), a bar, laundry facilities, a safe‑deposit box and basic room comforts like TV and showers round out the practical side.

Each apartment includes a full kitchen or kitchenette with oven and dishwasher for self‑catering and group meals. A cook can be arranged for an extra fee, and groceries, a supermarket and a local restaurant are about 2 km away.
