Short drives reach Sarzana, Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre; Versilia, Viareggio and the Carrara marble quarries are also close. La Spezia is roughly 26.5 km away and Genoa airport about 1.5 hours by car.

Sixty-six bright, functionally furnished apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts (around 45–55 m²) with wide balconies or terraces. Contemporary lines, living rooms with double sofa beds and fully equipped kitchenettes. Bathrooms have a shower or tub and a hairdryer; rooms include satellite TV, fridge, oven and heating. Air conditioning is available for a local fee. On-site reception, lift and a small bar keep stays easy and relaxed.

Two pools including a dedicated children’s pool and a seasonal solarium with sun loungers and parasols. Tennis court, five-a-side pitch, kids' playground and bicycle rental inside the private park.
