In Mae Rim, a short walk from the town centre and set in the green hills north of Chiang Mai. Close to Dara Pirom Palace Museum and within easy reach of Mae Sa Waterfall and Maejo University. About 30 minutes by car from the bus and rail stations and roughly 45 minutes from the airport.

Opened in December 2015, Wanida Hostel offers private rooms and dorms with air-conditioning and TVs in some rooms. The vibe is social and relaxed — communal kitchen, picnic and barbecue areas, a massage room, and a tour desk that can set up elephant rides, mountain biking, trekking and private transport.

On-site restaurant, shared kitchen, complimentary Wi‑Fi, free self-parking, bicycle rentals, massage/wellness services, picnic and BBQ spots, and tour/transfer arrangements for local excursions. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing are available on site.
