Air conditioning/heating is seasonal; rooms come with TV, telephone, safe and hairdryer. A lift connects to a sea‑view solarium on the third floor equipped with shower, sun beds and beach umbrellas. Complimentary garage parking is nearby and final cleaning is included. Check-in is handled at Hotel Villa Romana in Minori (about 2 km) — reception open until 8:00 PM; please advise if arriving after 8:00 PM. A €200 cash deposit is due on arrival.
