On Makarska’s Osejava peninsula, a seafront aparthotel with a park at the back. It’s a short walk to the city center and a small pebbly beach (about 100 m / 328 ft). Nearby beaches include Donja Luka, Ratac and Makarska Public Beach; a park path leads toward Tučepi and the scenic Nugal beach. Split is roughly 60 km away and Split Airport about 70 km.

This family-run apartel was renovated in 2017 and feels bright and modern. Studios and apartments are fully air‑conditioned and offer views over Makarska Bay, the marina and the Biokovo Mountains. Rooms come en suite with bath and hairdryer, double/king beds, satellite/cable TV, a safe and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. Cleaning is provided 7x/week with linen/towel changes 3x/week.

On-site Tempera restaurant, café‑bar and terrace; free Wi‑Fi; children’s playground. Walk out to the adjacent sports center for tennis, boccia, soccer and basketball, or try nearby diving and bowling clubs and an aquapark.
