It’s a short walk to Donja Luka, Ratac and Makarska Public Beach, the marina and the promenade toward Tučepi and the tucked-away Nugal Beach. Split is about 60 km away and Split Airport roughly 70 km.

Renovated in 2017, bright studios and apartments offer sea and Biokovo Mountain views. Rooms are air‑conditioned and en suite, with bath and hairdryer, double or king beds, satellite TV, a safe and kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. The front faces the sea, the back opens onto a park, and cleaning is provided seven times a week with linen changed three times weekly.

A small pebbly beach sits about 100 m away and a park/forest stretches behind the property—perfect for sea‑breeze mornings. On-site highlights include the Tempera café-bar and terrace, a bar, children’s playground, bowling club and access to a diving club; an aquapark is nearby.
