Perched above Makarska in a quiet, sunny, south-facing spot, this private villa sits about 1 km from the town center and roughly 1.2 km from the sea. Walkable to Donja Luka, Ratac and Makarska public beaches, it’s a family-friendly villa perfect for beach-and-chill escapes.

Relax House Biljana is a 7-room, 350 m² villa on three levels set in a 700 m² garden. Expect balconies and terraces, a 60 m² living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV and fully equipped kitchens. One suite boasts a hydro-massage shower and bath; there’s a sauna, fitness room and plenty of social space like billiards and table football.

Private round heated pool (5 m diameter, seasonal Apr 25–Oct 24), hot tub for five (up to 35°C), outdoor shower, barbecue house, table tennis and well-kept gardens. Bikes (3) and scooters (2) available on request, pool maintenance and on-site parking for four cars. South-facing terraces and short beach walks mean easy sea-breeze mornings.

Internet access and on-site parking. Airport transfer, housemaid service and laundry available on request (extras).

There’s a restaurant at the villa and the owner can prepare homemade meals on request. Half board is possible for the whole group (€25 per person/day, children up to 12 at 50%). A local shop is 400 m away and another restaurant sits just 150 m from the house.
