Just outside Manacor on Mallorca’s east coast, a short 800m stroll from the white-sand, blue-flag coves of Cala Morlanda and Cala Petita. The finca sits about 12 km from Manacor center and close to sa Ferradura, Parc de Portocristo and local sports facilities — perfect for beach days and island adventures.

A detached 200 m² two-floor house with four bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 adults plus 2 babies. Ground floor and first floor living areas each have a fireplace, terraces with views, and private outdoor space. Bedrooms include en suite and separate bathrooms (bathtubs available), two cots provided, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. The fenced plot with trees gives privacy while the terrace and garden lead down to the pool area.

Private outdoor pool with a child-safe fenced area, sun terrace and garden for lounging or play. Table tennis and a barbecue area for easy al fresco nights. On-site parking and quick access to beaches with lifeguard services and sunbeds—wake up, grab coffee, and walk to the shore.

Wi‑Fi is available and the house works well for both business and leisure stays. Parking on site makes comings and goings simple.
