Reserva de Alvarito is a 115 m² terraced house on two levels, set up for groups. Comfortable, modern furnishings with a living/dining room that has digital TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hob plates, microwave), two bathrooms and bedrooms configured as two doubles (160×200) and one twin (90×200). South‑west 20 m² terrace overlooks the garden. Non‑smoking property; no heating option.

Shared garden and seasonal pool (8×15 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m; open 01 May–31 Oct). Terrace furniture, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, baby cot and children's high chair. Short walk to the sandy beach (200 m); grocery and restaurants around 500 m — perfect for sea‑breeze mornings.
