Many rooms open onto balconies and come with satellite flat-screen TV; several rooms include private shower/WC or hand‑basins. The property has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine), washing machine and oil heating. Non-smoking only, quiet neighbourhood — the owner does not accept youth groups. Steps lead up to the house and e-car charging is not permitted.
