Mariandl is a 19-room single-family house across three levels with simple, practical décor. Many rooms open onto balconies and come with satellite flat-screen TV; several rooms include private shower/WC or hand‑basins. The property has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine), washing machine and oil heating. Non-smoking only, quiet neighbourhood — the owner does not accept youth groups. Steps lead up to the house and e-car charging is not permitted.

Ski storage and a ski-boot dryer make this place genuinely ski-friendly. Free Wi‑Fi, on-site parking for about 12 cars, bread-roll service and a living room with satellite TV. Mountain lifts sit ~400 m away and an indoor swimming pool is 1 km from the property. Wake up to crisp mountain mornings.
