Tucked in Yering in the heart of the Yarra Valley and under an hour from Melbourne. Overlooking a championship golf course and sitting beside the Yarra River, the cottages put rolling hills, local wineries and native bushland within easy reach.

Thirteen self-contained cottages in one-, two- and four-bedroom layouts, each individually decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows, wood heaters, private decks with barbecues and kitchenette facilities (the four-bedroom cottage has a full kitchen and separate rec room). Rooms feature Select Comfort beds with down comforters, fireplaces, private spa tubs and many have balconies or sweeping valley views.

Priority access to the on-site championship golf course plus outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center, bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing and Segway tours inside the property’s nature reserve. The reserve is prime for wildlife spotting—kangaroos, platypus, echidna, wombats and many native birds—while on-site perks include a café, snack bar, bar/lounge, massage room, arcade, playroom, picnic and barbecue areas, complimentary Wi‑Fi and free self-parking. A business center, meeting rooms and a conference space (around 6017 sq ft / 559 m²) are available, along with express check-out, luggage storage, safe-deposit boxes and complimentary wired and wireless internet.

An on-site coffee shop/café, snack bar/deli and bar/lounge serve light bites and drinks. Complimentary breakfast is included, and menus lean on regional Yarra Valley produce and wines for local flavor.
