Villa Tilia

On the peaceful edge of Mergo’s medieval gates in the Vallesina valley. Villa Tilia is a countryside villa/farmstay in Le Marche, under 30 minutes from the Frasassi Caves and about 35 km from Ancona Airport; Fabriano (~30 km), Sirolo (~65 km), Misano World Circuit, Chiesa di San Severo and the University of Perugia are all within easy reach.

Beautifully renovated while keeping original farmhouse character: exposed stone walls, ochre stucco and wooden doors. The property is made up of several Marche-style buildings with nine bright bedrooms, simple wooden furnishings and bathrooms with showers and/or bathtubs. Outside you'll find multiple relaxation spots, a fully fenced children's play area and a large swimming pool with solarium, parasols and sun loungers. Guests can park inside the grounds; check-in is on site and late arrivals must be arranged in advance. Small pets welcome on request.
