A 4-room terraced house (230 m²) across two levels, set up for 6 adults + 2 children and partly renovated in 2016. Expect a bright living/dining room with a double sofabed, digital TV and AC, plus a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bedrooms have TVs, some rooms feature underfloor heating, and a 20 m² terrace delivers a tidy sea view. Washing machine, ironing facilities, baby cot and high chair are provided.

Large shared garden (10,000 m²), seasonal outdoor pool (15 Mar–30 Oct) with a children’s pool, plus tennis courts and on-site parking. There’s a bar on the property and shops, a supermarket and restaurants within a short walk. Wake up to sea-breeze mornings from the terrace. Note: main road about 30 m away and the neighbourhood expects quiet and good behaviour.
