Built in 2007, the complex houses 70 spacious, well-furnished studios and apartments. Units feature a separate bedroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, cooking rings, coffee maker) and a balcony or terrace with valley or sea glimpses. Cleaning is frequent (five days/week) with regular towel and linen changes—practical for families and longer stays.

Two outdoor pools (one heated to about 22°C), sun terraces and a pool bar set the easy, seaside vibe—wake up to sea-breeze mornings from your terrace. On-site conveniences include a mini market, library, laundry service, safe-deposit boxes and a tour desk to book excursions. Note: the property has limited reception hours and is closed during May–September.
