Studios sleep up to 5 and ground-floor duplexes up to 6. Each unit has a balcony or terrace, heating, a full bathroom (shower or tub), flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. Check-in is app-driven and self-service: guests receive access codes by email/SMS and collect keys from a safe box; winter reception hours are split (morning and evening). A refundable security deposit (around €250) and a final-cleaning fee apply.
