Casa Philippe is a comfortable, rustic 4-room villa (145 m²) over two levels with sun-soaked terraces and a distant sea view. Rooms are warmly decorated and many have air conditioning. Living/dining area opens onto the terrace; bedrooms include ensuite and shower/WC options. Expect porch seating, terrace furniture and simple, homey finishes.

Private fenced property with a seasonal pool (8 x 4 m, available 01 Apr–31 Oct), outdoor shower, garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco meals. Parking at the house and pool maintenance by the owner. Accessible features include an elevator to upper floors. Washing machine on site.
