Perched on a hilltop in the Cecina Valley between Guardistallo and Montecatini Val di Cecina, this Tuscan country house delivers 360° views of rolling villages and valleys. It’s about 15 minutes from the sea and within easy drive of Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca and Florence; Pisa Airport is roughly 45 miles away. Nearby sights include Museo Civico Giovanni Fattori, Terrazza Mascagni and Parco Pertini.

Set in a two-hectare wood with ancient Etruscan roots, the borgo shows classic Tuscan stone-facing and rustic joisted floors. Units have air conditioning, private entrances, patios or terraces in some rooms, seating areas, TVs and private bathrooms (some with bidets). Many units include fully equipped kitchens, and the place is pet-friendly—bring the dog.

A 200 sqm hilltop swimming pool faces the countryside, plus a kids’ pool and sun terrace with sunbeds. Grounds include a garden, ping-pong, outdoor playground and barbecue area.
