The apartment sits in historic Villa Montale, a short walk to Fegina Beach, Monterosso Beach and Piazza Colombo. It’s about 1 km from the town center, a 4-minute walk to the Cinque Terre Marine Protected Area and roughly 12 minutes on foot to Monterosso Beach.

Housed in an 1880 residence that once belonged to Nobel laureate Eugenio Montale, the second-floor “I Limoni” opens into an atrium and a frescoed living/dining room with a balcony overlooking park and sea. The air-conditioned apartment sleeps 11 across five bedrooms, each decorated in its own color; two doubles face the sea and one bedroom has a small en-suite. The kitchen keeps the Ligurian mansion feel but is fully modern and equipped for serious cooking.
