Kedros Villas

Perched on a gentle hill in Stelida on Naxos Island, Kedros Villas looks out over the Aegean. Laguna Beach is about 550 m away (a top windsurfing spot), Agios Prokopios Beach sits roughly 1.2 km from the property and Agia Anna is also close by. The villas are a short drive from Naxos town, Aqua Fun Water Park and the island’s main sights like Naxos Kastro and the Temple of Apollo.

A gardened complex of 16 air-conditioned villas and suites set under cedar trees. Interiors mix cool white marble floors with rich oak fittings and wooden furnishings. Sea-view villas have fully equipped kitchens and pergola-shaded terraces; select suites and villas offer private pools or outdoor hot tubs and family suites include hydro-massage tubs and separate sleeping areas.

A 200 sqm seasonal outdoor pool (open in summer), pool snack bar, brick barbecue and oven by the pool, private parking and bicycle rentals. On-site concierge, child play area, massage and wellness services, babysitting and a doctor-on-call are available. Note: the pool and some bar facilities operate seasonally.

Complimentary wired and wireless internet throughout the property, a small business center and printing/copying services. Limo/town car service, ferry-terminal shuttle (for a surcharge) and free self-parking are offered.

Pool/Snack Bar serves drinks and light bites with a garden view and there’s limited room service hours. A complimentary local-cuisine breakfast is served each morning (typically 8–11 AM). Suites include in-room extras like Nespresso machines and mini-fridges for grab-and-go moments.
