Tucked in the fertile Eggares valley on Naxos, about 6 km from Chora (Naxos Town) and 7 km from the port. Minutes from the Eggares Olive Press Museum, Kouros Statue, Moni Chrysostomou and the Archaeological Museum. A scenic path leads you to long, sandy Ammitis beach roughly 800 m away.

A compound of four maisonette villas (built 2002), each airy and spacious at roughly 70–80 m² with about a 1-acre surrounding yard filled with roses and trees. Every villa has private furnished balconies or verandas, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool (around 30 m²) with hydro-massage. Rooms feature deep soaking tubs, separate showers and satellite TV. Pets are welcome.
