At the base of Annupuri in Niseko, just steps from the slopes and a short drive to Kanro-sui. This ski pension is close to Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area (about 3.3 km) and within easy reach of Niseko Village and Grand Hirafu. New Chitose International Airport is roughly 110 km away.

A compact ski pension with about 10–12 guestrooms. Rooms feature heated floors, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, coffee/tea makers, blackout curtains and slippers. Bathrooms come with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Some rooms open to terraces or mountain views. Housekeeping is provided (daily or limited, depending on the room).

Take in the views from the terrace and fire up the on-site barbecue grills. Ski storage is available, and a ski shuttle runs for a surcharge to make slope mornings easy. Complimentary wireless internet is available on the property and free self-parking is onsite.
