A family-friendly, lakefront apartment resort about 4 km from Desenzano center and ~21.5 km from Gardaland.

A compact resort of 80 air-conditioned self-catering apartments set on roughly 40,000 m² of garden and lawn. Apartments feature kitchens with refrigerators and stovetops, some with terraces or side lake views and deck chairs; microwaves and infant beds available on request. The property closes seasonally (early Nov–early Apr) and enforces a non-smoking policy.

Outdoor swimming pool (seasonal, mid-March to mid-November) plus a children’s pool and direct beach access for lake-breeze mornings. On-site playground, table tennis/ping-pong, barbecue areas, garden and terrace space, vending machine and reception. Weekly linen and towel change, limited fenced parking on the premises.
