Modern, comfortable 4-room cottage on two levels with warm, simple decor. Ground-floor living/dining area opens onto a private patio with garden furniture. Sleeping layout includes a double bedroom, twin rooms, and a room with bunk beds — plus a baby cot option. Rooms feature flat-screen TV, DVD player and practical kitchens with oven, dishwasher and microwave. Non-smoking, maximum one dog allowed.

Shared children's playground, private patio and terrace furniture, reserved parking on the premises, washing machine and dryer, and an elevator/lift for easier access. Wake up to sea-breeze mornings and walk to the popular surfing sands of Porthcothan Bay.

Wi-Fi/internet available (may carry an extra charge) and parking on-site for easy arrival and remote working.

Stop by the on-site restaurant for convenient meals. A short walk leads you past the Tredrea Inn and Berryfields Farm, where you can sample authentic Cornish cream tea. Local shops and a grocery are nearby for self-catering supplies.
