Perched in the mountains outside Pai, XPAI Guesthouse is a short drive from the Pai River and Pai Hospital. Walking Street, Pai Night Market and several temples sit about 2–5 km away, putting town attractions within easy reach.

Small and modern with just 8 guestrooms, rooms come with full kitchens (full-size fridge/freezer and dishwasher), private balconies or patios, 40-inch flat-screen TVs with satellite, coffee/tea makers and rice cookers. Daily housekeeping and a terrace overlook mountain-mist mornings, while an outdoor pool offers a chilled place to unwind.
