In the green countryside of Pasiano di Pordenone, on the border of Friuli and Veneto. Halfway between Treviso and Pordenone and about an hour's drive from Venice, it's a handy base for castles, Palladian villas along the Brenta and nearby sights like Bosco delle Viole and Prata di Pordenone.

An 11th‑century Benedictine convent reborn as a boutique country hotel, Villa Luppis sits in roughly 12 acres of park with antique furniture and a warm, cozy vibe. The 39 rooms and suites blend classic touches with modern comforts — minibars, premium bedding, some with balconies, and suites overlooking the gardens. Bathrooms feature showers or tubs, rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries.

Spa facilities include a sauna, Turkish bath and treatment rooms, plus a hot tub and a Technogym fitness room.
