Stay inside a 1850s convict prison for a one-of-a-kind hostel experience. Sleep in original prison cells or choose purpose-built ensuite private rooms and perfectly preserved Victorian guards' cottages for extra comfort. Rooms include linen, individual bed lights and powerpoints; private rooms may have TV and fridge. The women's division now houses the YHA—history is on display throughout the property. Children are welcome but cannot stay in shared dorms; guests under 17 must check in with a parent or designated guardian.
