On Lake Garda's east shore near Peschiera del Garda, a family-friendly holiday village with direct access to a pebble beach and a little harbour. The town centre is about 2.5–3 km away, Gardaland and nearby water parks sit within roughly 4–5 km, Sirmione and Desenzano are a short drive, and Verona (and Verona Airport) are within easy reach.

A relaxed, shady campsite-style resort offering apartments, mobile homes and wooden chalets for up to four. Units come with air conditioning, a kitchenette or open kitchen, fridge, desk and a terrace or small garden. Rooms are simple and practical with satellite TV and private entrances; some units feature roofed terraces and outdoor furniture for lake-breeze evenings.

Two outdoor pools (adult and children’s), a children’s pool with slide, and shower facilities set in a fenced, tree-lined garden. Direct beach access is 50 m away for morning swims and lakeside walks. On-site reception, restaurant, bar, supermarket/kiosk, playground, concierge, safe-deposit boxes and parking (limited) keep things easy. Pools are seasonal with set opening hours.
