La Joya is a two-storey, 5-room holiday house (146 m²) with a private garden (200 m²), terrace and a small pergola. Interiors are comfortable and unpretentious: a living/dining room with flat-screen TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms on both levels. Bedrooms mix doubles, twins and a two-person pull-out bed across the two floors, and the house has gas heating for cooler months.

Private parking plus a single garage, garden with terrace furniture and deck chairs, washing machine and sweeping views of the mountains, countryside, resort and river. Beach lovers and golfers get easy access — sandy shore about 2 km away and an 18-hole golf course around 8 km. Expect wake-up sea-breeze mornings and quiet, sunny evenings.
