Perched on a slope in the countryside of Pietroso, surrounded by trees and terraced gardens. The small residence sits on a 10-hectare estate about 13 km from Ghisonaccia and roughly 17 km from the sandy Ghisonaccia beach. Porto Vecchio is about 70 km away and Bastia about 90 km.

Bright, simple interiors with terraces, a large balcony and a patio that frame wide countryside views. The 140 m² house spreads over two levels with a living/dining room (satellite TV, air conditioning), an open kitchen and bedrooms with bath or shower. Family-friendly and pet-friendly (maximum one dog); non-smoking house with smoke alarm.

Outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with poolhouse and outdoor shower, terraced garden and terrace furniture. On‑site parking, elevator/lift for accessibility, barbecue area, washing machine and dryer. Massage available for an extra fee and bread-roll service on request.

There’s an on-site restaurant and optional bread-roll service. The house’s open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and the barbecue makes al fresco dinners easy. A fromagerie and on-estate animal husbandry nearby mean local cheese and farm-fresh flavors are close at hand.
