On Crete’s northwest coast in Maleme/Platanias, set right on the boardwalk/promenade near Maleme Beach and the Port of Souda. A short drive puts you at Platanias Beach, Golfland and the German War Cemetery. This family-friendly, private villa complex gives easy access to Agia Marina and other seaside hotspots.

Architect-designed stone villas with high ceilings, large patio windows and a blend of wood, marble and glass. Each villa is individually decorated — think heated floors, fireplaces in some rooms, pillowtop beds with Egyptian cotton, private furnished patios and kitchens with full-size refrigerators and espresso makers. Bathrooms feature jetted tubs and rainfall showerheads. Private overflow swimming pools with yacht-style wooden decks sit beside lush gardens of olive and orange trees — pick fresh oranges for morning juice.

Two outdoor pools plus private overflow pools for each villa, and a private beach area for sea-breeze mornings. On-site spa services include massages, body treatments and facials. Concierge, tour desk and area shuttle (surcharge) make getting around easy; babysitting/childcare is available (surcharge). Free wired and wireless internet, barbecue area, parking and a pool finished in iridescent quartz add the final touches.
