Rooms mix natural stone floors, sloping ceilings and balconies; living spaces feature open‑hearth fireplaces, a roofed 25 m2 terrace and an open kitchen. The house is non‑smoking and not suitable for children under 21 (groups of teenagers on request).

Seasonal outdoor pool (10 x 5 m, 1.5 m deep; available 01 May–03 Oct) with shutter cover, outdoor shower, garden furniture and a portable barbecue. Private fenced garden and courtyard, on‑site parking, balconies and terraces for sunrise views, washing machine and dryer, air‑conditioning and gas heating.
