On Privlaka’s sunlit peninsula near Zadar — an apartment complex on the edge of a quiet village and about 3 km from the town center. Just 700 m from a sandy beach, with Shamballa Beach, Batela Beach and the private beach of Apartments Mate all close by. A family-friendly, self-catering base for beach days and easy island/peninsula exploring.

Modern, non-smoking two-bedroom apartments sleep up to four and come with a living room, TV and air conditioning (in the living room). Each unit has a furnished balcony or terrace and a fully equipped kitchen — oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker — plus bed linen and towels (weekly change). Ground-floor apartments have terraces; first-floor units have balconies.

A beautiful pool area and sun terraces (pool open 1.5–31.10), covered terrace, barbecue area and reception. Sauna and whirlpool available for an extra charge; washing machine use is offered for a fee. Complimentary parking is provided within the complex — and the sandy beach is an easy stroll away for sea-breeze mornings.
