The complex has 80 apartments across eight two-storey buildings with a laid-back, condo-style vibe. Suites feature a separate bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, individually controlled air conditioning, and selected rooms have balconies or terraces. Rooms commonly include a fridge, cable TV, hairdryer and hire safe; daily housekeeping, a small supermarket, hair salon and laundry keep stays hassle-free.
