In sunny Štinjan on Croatia’s Istrian coast, a short drive from Pula (about 4–5 km) and roughly 3 km from Fažana. The sea is about 1 km away with pebble and rocky beaches nearby. Close to Baza Beach, Dog Beach and Lost Beach, plus golf and sailing options a few kilometers out. Pet-friendly and family-friendly holiday house.

Comfortable detached house Lino, built 1989 and renovated in 2014. Three bedrooms and an open kitchen, living/dining room with flat‑screen satellite TV and air conditioning. Rooms open onto a terrace and garden; fenced grounds with lawn and outdoor furniture. Sleeps up to 6 with two double beds and a twin room, plus balcony/terrace space.

Private seasonal swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm; available late April–early October), outdoor shower, terrace and deck chairs. Barbecue and garden for al fresco hangs, washing machine, free parking on the premises, and fenced 200 m2 property. Walking paths and a cycle lane start at the house; tennis, riding stables, golf (18‑hole) and a sailing school are nearby. One small dog allowed.

Free Wi‑Fi / wireless internet throughout the house. Private on‑site parking.

On‑site restaurant and a handful of local eateries within walking distance. Self‑catering open kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge for easy breakfasts and casual meals. Shared barbecue and terrace make al fresco dinners simple and social.
