North Star Cottage

On the slopes of the Eyjafjöll Mountains overlooking Eyjafjallajökull Glacier, a 1-minute drive from Iceland’s Ring Road. A short drive takes you to Skogafoss and Rutshellir Caves, with Black Sand Beach and Seljalandsfoss about 40 km away. A perfect base for Northern Lights season and the midnight sun.

Wood-paneled, self-catering cottages with furnished terraces and mountain views. Interiors feature hardwood floors, private entrances, seating areas and compact kitchens; some cottages have sleeping lofts with mattresses on the floor. Private patios and gardens let you wake to crisp glacier air.
