The place opens onto a roughly 20 m² terrace with a gate, table, chairs and space for sunbathing. Inside is a compact living room with a sea-view window, an eat-in kitchenette with fridge and a dining table for four, plus a small room with a washing machine. A staircase leads up to a double bedroom with a panoramic window and access to a smaller bedroom with a large single bed (120 x 190 cm). bathroom has a shower; an extra bed can be added free of charge. Sheets and towels are provided. All water, electricity and gas plus final cleaning are included; the local tourist tax is charged separately. The house is reached via about 30 steps from Via della Repubblica; there is no private parking but municipal paid and free spots are nearby.
