On Crete’s north coast in Rethymnon, tucked along the main beach road and sitting about 50 m from the sandy shore. The Venetian harbour, local shops, bars and public transport are an easy stroll away. Rethymnon city centre is roughly 2–3 km distant; Heraklion Airport is about 76 km and Chania around 65 km.

A quiet side of Rethymnon Boulevard hosts studio and apartment-style rooms with kitchenettes, mini-fridges, balconies, TV and private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning operates June–September for an extra charge. Family-friendly layouts let a 3rd or 4th guest sleep on sofa beds — wake up to sea-breeze mornings just steps from the sand.

Outdoor pool with a separate children’s section, sun terrace and a kids’ playground. Reception offers safe service (extra charge), plus easy beach access and sea-sports within about 500 m. Nearby bars and restaurants sit within 150 m, so sun, swim and local life are all close at hand.

On-site restaurant and a snack bar with TV make quick meals easy. For more variety, the Venetian harbour and boulevard are packed with tavernas and beachfront eateries serving regional Cretan flavors just a short walk away.
