Pick from mobile homes with kitchens, twin rooms, tent houses for six or Tiber Village rooms set amid greenery — about 110 units in total. Multilingual reception is on duty 08:00–22:00 with a night guardian for late arrivals. Shuttle-bus to Prima Porta metro runs for €1 and self-parking and laundry facilities are available.

Seasonal outdoor pool (approx. 10:00–19:00), bar/lounge, mini market and a grocery/convenience store on site. Library, ping-pong, picnic and BBQ areas, plus a tour desk to book excursions — perfect for wake-up-to-riverbank mornings before heading into the city.
