You’re a short walk from the Basilica and Battistero and roughly 15 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and Baths of Caracalla. Pet-friendly and family-friendly rooms are available.

Set in an early 20th‑century three‑floor building, the Villa mixes classic charm with simple comforts. Rooms have 32" LCD TVs, kettles for tea and coffee, private bathrooms with hairdryers and bidets; select suites and the attic boast balconies or a terrace and kitchenettes, and a studio can comfortably host a family. Reception has limited opening hours; smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden.
