South-east facing living spaces open onto the garden and pool; the living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD, and two bedrooms feature 160 cm beds, air-conditioning and garden access. The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas rings) and the home includes practical extras like an outdoor shower, boules area and electric gated entry.

Private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with optional heating on request — seasonal use (15 May–15 Oct); no pool lighting.
