Bedrooms are individual — some under sloping ceilings or exposed beams — set in the former chartreuse, the old windmill or bakery. Rooms overlook a 30‑acre park with ponds, a kitchen garden and terraces of ancient box trees. Twelve air‑conditioned rooms include espresso makers and private baths with shower/tub combinations; babysitting is available (surcharge).
