Perched in the Tuscan countryside above Lucignano, this vineyard agriturismo sits in a secluded, elevated spot just 7 km from San Gimignano and Certaldo. The estate spans about 32 ha of vines, fields and woods, with easy drives to Volterra (33 km), Siena (48 km), Florence (64 km) and Pisa (83 km); the Cecina Mare beach is roughly 70 km away. Family-friendly and pet-friendly, with on-site parking and a 700 m unmade motor access road.

Three houses contain six individually styled apartments, from compact 2-room units (40–45 m²) ideal for two adults plus a child to a roomy 3-room 70 m² flat with two bedrooms and a terrace. Expect rustic, practical decor, natural stone floors, terraces with countryside views, kitchenettes (gas rings, microwave, coffee machine), sofa beds in living areas and private shower/WC. Air conditioning available (extra), baby cot and high chair included, non-smoking units and up to two dogs allowed.

A fenced seasonal pool (14 x 6 m, open 1 May–15 Oct) with shower/WC and outdoor shower, terraces, garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue areas for poolside evenings. The farm sells its own products on site and offers a lounge with TV, shared washing machine and a small library. Free Wi‑Fi reaches the property.
