A two-storey residence of ten apartments (built 2000) with a clean, modern-rustic vibe. Units offer air conditioning, heating, in-room safes, satellite TV and free Wi‑Fi; many rooms have balconies or terraces with panoramic views and select apartments include kitchenettes, refrigerators and hair dryers. Check-in 15:00–18:00; late arrivals require prior notice and incur fees.

Seasonal outdoor pool (small round pool, May 24–Sep 27), garden and terrace furniture for soaking up the views. Shared laundry/washing machine, bike hire, communal covered parking/garage and free parking; staff can arrange transfers and car rental. Pet-friendly (one dog allowed) and elevator access for guests with reduced mobility.
