An 18th-century country house, renovated in 2004 and split into two externally connected apartments. Warm, antique furnishings meet roomy terraces and a large patio. Interiors feature open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and sound systems, a mix of double and twin bedrooms, showers (including a hydro-massage shower) and plenty of outdoor living space.

Seasonal outdoor pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140–200 cm; available 27 Apr–26 Oct), outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue area, private park and lawn, terrace with deck chairs, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking on the premises and quiet, sun-soaked hilltop views. Central heating available in winter (extra charge).

Free Wi‑Fi on the property and on-site parking. Note: motor access includes about 2 km on an unmade road.

Two fully equipped kitchens (oven, microwave, dishwasher) let you cook with local Tuscan produce or fire up the barbecue. A supermarket is about 3 km away and local restaurants are roughly 3.5 km for authentic Tuscan meals.
