Just over a kilometre from San Teodoro’s centre and under 2 km from La Cinta and nearby beaches, this apartment block sits in a quiet residential spot on Sardinia’s northeast coast. Pet-friendly and family-friendly, it’s close enough to town for evening strolls and near the sand for sea-breeze mornings.

Sole offers 2-room self-catering apartments (about 35–40 m²), each individually furnished. Expect a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofabed and TV, a compact kitchenette with oven and four gas rings, plus shower/WC. Most units have a balcony or terrace with furniture; layouts and décor vary by apartment.

On-site parking and a washing machine make stays easy. Practical in-room touches include TV, kitchenette, balcony/terrace furniture, baby cot and high chair on request, and allowance for one small dog. Note there’s no heating option in these units.

No on-site restaurant, but a supermarket is about 900 m away and restaurants, cafés, a bakery and a bar sit roughly 1.2 km from the property. The kitchenette lets you cook fresh local finds for a relaxed, self-catered experience.
