Le Case di Vacanza Mare Monti is a collection of 50 holiday houses and apartments, each independently owned and recently built, so every unit has its own decor and character. Units range from 1- to 3-bedroom layouts with independent entrances, kitchenettes and showers; some come with terraces for soaking up sea-breeze mornings. Pet-friendly and family-friendly options are available, and reception is based in the town centre for easy local support.

Kitchenette in every apartment, private terraces on select units and independent entrances for true self-catered stays. Guests get a special card offering discounts on bike and motorcycle rental plus a pass to park one car; air conditioning is available on request for an extra fee. Shuttle service to the Zingaro Nature Reserve is offered but not included in the price.

No on-site restaurant, but guests enjoy special discounts at local restaurants, cafés and pizzerias serving typical Sicilian cuisine. Perfect for sampling fresh, regional flavors after a day on the white-sand beach.
